Welllll, I was trying to have a relaxing day off and not do anything psychic until Candy showed up at my place and we decided to take a drive a couple blocks away to the Fox Ridge Park in Henderson, Nevada.
We've always heard this place was haunted and even found where The Examiner wrote an article about it. "Legend has it that a demonic child haunts Fox Ridge Park who is particularly fond of the swings. Late at night, passersby will see him (it’s always a little boy) swinging, but if they get too close to him, he turns into a demon. The child was allegedly killed by a drunk driver in the area. The rumors have been around since at least the late '90s, but no actual evidence has been uncovered to prove any of the story’s details."

OUR EXPERIENCE:
We climbed out of the car, equipment in hand and started off around the fence. I lifted my camera to take a picture of the park in the darkness and the flash acted as if it was trying and just would not work. I thought this strange since I had literally just taken pictures of my cat before walking out the door to make sure it was working okay. Needless to say, the camera did not work the entire time we were there and the battery was fully charged. We chalked it up as another thing that sometimes happen when dealing with the spirit world as we do.
Upon entering the park we saw that the flag was laying flat against the pole with no wind blowing. As we continued to walk we began to feel a heaviness in our chests and the wind started picking up. The temperature on my car showed 87 degrees and we began feeling the breeze which was cold at time. The flag was standing straight out with the strong gust.
We began to feel spider webs and what felt like ice cold fingers wrapping around our ankles. Candy started feeling as if her ankles were frozen. Candy felt as if someone was buried there and I felt the presence of a woman and a male child. As we held hands to join our energies we began to tell them they could move on, they were not required to stay there any longer we could feel them moving on. Suddenly a crowd of entities seemed to appear and slowly make their way to the other side.
I could feel someone touching my arm and instructed them to move on to the bridge. Candy began to feel them touching her face. Then she felt coldness on her mouth and cold air rushing into her lungs as though they were breathing in her warm breath and filling her lungs with cold air. I could see his shadow surrounding her and instructed her to push him away. She was already telling him to stop, to get off of her. He was pulling her energies, feeling her life force. We joined our energies together to push this entity away and he then began to go to the other side.
At the same time, we looked at one another and we both said he is gone. We felt a peace, the park was calm. The wind died down and when we got back into the car the flag was once again settled down against the pole with no wind blowing at all.
We got back into the car and drove away feeling happy and our spirits uplifted in more ways than one. When we arrived back to my place I immediately turned the camera on again and snapped several pictures of Magic (my black Maine Coon) without any issues at all.
After we do things like this Candy and I feel as if a cloud has lifted and nothing but happiness is around us. We are thankful to have the abilities to help those who need our assistance.
Here is the EVP of our impromptu investigation.
