Case # 4.13.09.003

The client contacted Candy and showed her a photo he took of himself. In the background he was startled to see a shadow. When turning around there was no one there. He was alone in the home. He requested that C.A.T. come out and do an investigation.

Upon entering the home Jessica felt the presence  of a previous resident.  The client confirmed that one of the previous tenants did pass away in the home.

Gathering in the kitchen, Mary pointed out that there were orbs all around the client. Jessica could see that he had an entity attached to him. Jessica requested that he show us a picture of his great grandfather. The photo of the shadow closely resembles the photo of the great grandfather. This made the client happy because he was very close with him and was devastated when he passed. The client was only three and remembers taking a nap and waking up to find his great grandfather had died from a heart attack. He had his arms around him when he woke up.  The client continually feels a heaviness in his chest, doctors state he is healthy and cannot find anything wrong with him. Jessica explained that heaviness was him feeling the residual energy of a traumatic experience.

The client went on to tell us the story of his family being jockeys so we refer to this client as "The Jockeys." Upon closing the investigation C.A.T. offered to cleanse the property and him spiritually and the client declined. Now that he knew what it was he was no longer afraid and wanted to keep his grandfather with him.

Case # 3.13.09.002

As part of her job, Jessica went to this couples house to do a cleansing. She invited me along.

Pulling up in front of the house Jessica turned to me and asked, “What do you think?”

I looked at the house for a moment and back to Jessica. “I think the woman is very religious, says her prayers every day and likes to have things neat and tidy. Things have a place and must always be in that place. She likes to stay busy and is a little on the anxious side.”

Upon entering the house, both Jessica and I could feel the energy the couple gave off, and that of the house.

As this was part of Jessica’s job I will not disclose the information on the location of the house other than it being in Henderson, NV and that the couple was elderly. I will refer to the man as “V” and the woman “H”.

Jessica started out by asking questions. I also joined in with asking questions just to be sure everything was clear for Jess to begin cleansing the home. Jessica requested that H show her around the home. While this took place, I sat with V and talked with him about some of the experiences he had in the home and how their dog had been acting differently.

Jessica and H came out of the master bedroom. The energies were very strong at this point and H was beginning to look stressed when Jessica asked her “How was your relationship with your father?”

H responded in a somewhat thick German-Italian accent. “Not good, he was very strict and mean.”

Without going into too much detail in this area, H had some emotional moments with some very private things that had happened to her.

While Jessica began the process of cleansing the home, she would call me in after working in certain areas to see what I felt. The master bedroom had a strange odor to it that did not smell like the rest of the house, which was extremely clean. Once the cleansing was completed in the front portion of the house, Jessica needed to clean the kitchen and dining room area. I felt a cold spot by the bar, and had to move away because the back of my head felt as if it was being touched.

In talking with H and V, we explained that once she releases her energies holding the spirit there and forgive him for what had happened in her past he could move on.

I kid you not, the moment she stated, “I forgive you, leave, I don’t want you hear.” The wind chime hanging on the back deck chimed one time. The entire time we were in the home the wind had been blowing lightly, but never once did the chimes make a sound. When it chimed, we all looked at each other. Both Jessica and I saying “He is gone.”

“A weight feels like it has lifted off my shoulders.” H gave a big sigh and even her face looked calmer.

The dog which had been pacing and wanting to be in her arms had gone to his bed a few minutes before. Upon completion, the dog actually came to both Jessica and I, giving us both a lick. To us, this was his way of saying thank you.

When we left this home, Jessica and I both felt good. It felt strange, but I wanted to cry. Not from sadness, but from the feeling that we had helped her. H slept peacefully for the first time in two years.

Case # 2.13.09.001

The  1890 Cemetery gets its name because the first person buried there with a headstone was Anna Nimmer whose burial marker is dated December 27, 1890.  The land was donated to the town in 1913 by A.J. Robbins.

Several of the townspeople are buried there along with many war veterans.

Upon heading to Sandy Valley to do an investigation into a private residence, our team got excited  when we saw the cemetery so we stopped to see if we could get any activity.

The day was overcast. Off in the distance you could see thunderclouds forming, heading our way. The perfect setting to do an investigation in an old cemetery. Gathering our equipment we began doing EVP sessions and checking spots with the EMF meter. Candy was getting all kinds of spikes over the gravesite of Colonel George Bardwell. When she moved away from the headstone area the meter would grow silent. Calling us over we began to do an EVP session.

Jessica began communicating with the spirit hanging around and told it to touch Candy's head since she was hunkered down close to his headstone. Candy suddenly felt a horrible pain on the right side of her head. She stated that it felt like someone was squeezing her head in a vice. She grew shaky and sick to her stomach. Jessica told her to step away for a few minutes.

Upon noticing that Candy was pale and still shaking, I went over to her, held her hand and walked her through the process of clearing her mind and doing a spiritual cleansing to rid her of the entities touch. Unbeknownst to us, Brad had moved around with his camera and filmed the entire process.  Upon completion of the cleansing, Candy When opened her eyes and smiled. She said she felt much better, a warming calmness had enveloped her.

During this time the wind had began to kick up and it was hard for us to continue with the EVP sessions. With the rain moving in we decided it was time to head on in to Sandy Valley and meet with our next client.

C.A.T. will be returning to the 1890 Cemetery. We feel that the spirits in this old graveyard have a lot to say and the one spirit was sure active that day.
